A political drama that has its share of moments

Vijay Antony is one actor who knows his own traits and flaws and chooses roles accordingly. Here he plays a confident young man who enters politics to save himself from his enemies. How he masters the political betrayal game and tackles his opponent’s moves is what 'Yaman' all about. It is a political drama which rides more on emotions. So there is too much of talking but not much action on the floor. Totting it up, if you are looking for some clever dialogues and an average political game not minding the pace, 'Yaman' could be a decent watch.
Cleverly weaved political thriller

The dialogues are the backbone of the film and are so close to reality that every word spoken has the desired effect on the audiences. The screenplay, which moves at a slow pace is still engaging. Lots of unexpected twists and turns

A deadly cat-and-mouse Stunning political game. With a lot of unexpected twists and turns, Yaman stands as an average film. Vijay Antony has limited acting skills and he is cleverly selecting roles that suit to his talent. He is doing 100% justice to the roles he is selecting. Vijay Antony has done the role of Tamilarasan, an ordinary man, whose journey in politics is narrated with a lot of twists in the flick.
